Orders & Cancellations

After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.

During high-traffic print releases, adding an item to your cart does not reserve the item. Your order is only confirmed once checkout is completed and inventory is verified.

Orders can be canceled from your customer profile/order page before they are fulfilled. Once an order has been packed, shipped, or fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled.

All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. For EU customers, please see the EU Right of Withdrawal section below for additional rights that may apply.

Limited-edition screen prints are limited to 1 per customer / household unless otherwise stated. Orders placed in excess of the purchase limit may be canceled or refunded.

Please do not submit your order multiple times during checkout. Refunds are usually processed on our end within 24–48 business hours, but your bank or payment provider may take additional time to return the funds.

We may cancel or refund an order because of inventory availability, duplicate orders, purchase-limit violations, suspected resale activity, payment issues, address issues, or other order-processing concerns.

For limited-edition releases, all orders are subject to availability until the order has been reviewed and fulfilled.

Print Releases

New prints are typically released at 10 AM Pacific Time on Thursday. Exact release times may vary. Release announcements are usually posted before the sale.

New print releases are available in the Prints section of the OBEY Store unless otherwise noted.

No. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the item. Inventory is verified during checkout. The faster you complete checkout, the better your chance of completing your order.

Numbered limited-edition prints are limited to 1 per customer / household unless otherwise stated. Multiple orders, multiple-address attempts, or suspected resale activity may result in canceled orders and refunds.

No. Due to the volume of orders during print releases, we cannot accept print-number requests, including AP requests. Prints are fulfilled in sequence as orders are processed.

We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and other payment methods shown at checkout.

Shipping

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after the completed transaction. The OBEY GIANT shipping department is not open on Saturdays or Sundays

Once a shipping label is created, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.

Yes. We ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses via USPS Ground Advantage.

Add the items to your cart and begin checkout. After entering your shipping address, available shipping rates will appear.

If your package is returned to us, we will make one attempt to contact you by email. Returned packages can only be held for a limited time.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

International Shipping

Yes. We ship to most countries that accept mail. If you do not see a shipping rate for your country, please contact orders@obeygiant.com.

International orders usually ship via FedEx International Connect Plus®. Shipping cost depends on destination, package weight, and order value.

Yes, international customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping charge paid at checkout unless specifically stated.

FedEx or your local customs office may contact you to collect these fees before delivery.

The shipping charge paid at checkout covers transportation of the package. It does not necessarily include import duties, VAT, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage fees charged by your country or by the carrier.

If you refuse to pay required import fees, your package may be abandoned, destroyed, or not returned to OBEY GIANT. We will not refund orders refused because of unpaid duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or import charges.

Some countries require a Tax ID, VAT ID, CPF, or other identification number for customs clearance. If requested during checkout, please provide the required information to avoid customs delays, return, abandonment, or destruction of the package.

Returns, Cancellations & EU Right of Withdrawal

All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return for store credit in the form of a gift card. Items must be returned in mint condition and approved before store credit is issued.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason. EU customers may also be able to use the cancellation option in their customer profile/order page when an eligible order has not yet shipped.

If your order is eligible and has not yet shipped, you may be able to cancel it directly from your customer profile/order page.

If the order has already shipped, or you are unable to cancel it from your profile, contact orders@obeygiant.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, name, email address used at checkout, and the item you wish to return.

Not always. Some goods may be excluded from the EU right of withdrawal, including items that are made to a customer’s specifications, personalized, or otherwise exempt under applicable law. Eligibility may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. EU consumer guidance says customers are generally responsible for return postage during the 14-day cooling-off period unless the seller offers to pay or failed to inform the customer of those costs before purchase.

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders

Order Protection is an optional service that covers your package in case of loss or damage. For orders under $100, the carrier generally provides coverage, but the customer must file the claim directly with the carrier. For orders over $100, purchasing Order Protection ensures additional coverage, allowing quick and easy claims.

Use the claim link in your order confirmation email or visit the claims page at https://claims.obeygiant.com.

Please include a description of the issue and photos of the damaged item and packaging, if applicable.

If your print arrived damaged, submit a claim within 14 days of delivery. If you purchased Order Protection, use the claim link in your order confirmation email. If you did not purchase Order Protection, contact orders@obeygiant.com for instructions.

OBEY GIANT is not responsible for damaged items reported after 14 days from delivery.

Prints are packed carefully and should arrive in mint condition. If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

If a replacement is available, we will do our best to replace the item. If the item is sold out or unavailable, a refund or other resolution may be offered.

In most cases, damaged-item returns are not required. If a return is needed, we will provide instructions.

If your package is lost and you purchased Order Protection, file a claim using the claim link in your order confirmation email. If you did not purchase Order Protection, contact orders@obeygiant.com as soon as possible.

Claims must be submitted within the applicable claim window.

Print Care & Product Questions

Your print is rolled in kraft paper and sealed with tape. Locate the tape tab and gently pull the tape away from the kraft paper. Go slowly and do not rip the paper or the print inside.

Unroll the print onto a flat surface. You may place a heavy object on each corner to help flatten the curled edges.

Do not use a utility knife, blade, or sharp tool to cut the tape or paper. OBEY GIANT is not responsible for prints damaged during unpacking.

All prints and books available on our website are signed unless otherwise noted.

If you received an item advertised as signed but it was not signed, contact orders@obeygiant.com within 30 days of your order. We will provide instructions.

No. Prints shown in the Print Archive are sold out and no longer available. Available prints can be found in the OBEY Store.

Prices vary by release. Standard 18 × 24 inch screen prints are typically priced in the range listed on the product page at the time of release. Special releases, collaborations, larger formats, and fine art editions may be priced differently.

Verisart COA

A Verisart COA is a digital certificate of authenticity. It helps verify that the work is a genuine OBEY GIANT print and provides a record of ownership.

If a limited-edition print includes a Verisart COA, you will receive your normal order confirmation email and a separate email with your COA information.

From that email, you can view the certificate. To print it, transfer it, or manage certificates, you may need to create a free Verisart collector account.

We currently offer COAs on select fine artwork and limited-edition prints. COA availability may vary by release and will be noted when applicable.

At this time, COAs are not available retroactively for prints purchased before COAs were offered.

Street Art 101

Paste instructions:

  1. Purchase wallpaper paste from a local hardware store.
  2. Mix paste with water in a bucket, stirring continuously.
  3. Apply paste to the surface with a paste brush or broom.
  4. Place the poster on the surface and brush over it.
  5. Smooth out air bubbles or wrinkles.
  6. Paste at your own risk.
