Wholesale Accounts Application
To qualify for wholesale status with Obey Giant Art, your business must meet the following requirements:
- Business must be operational and established for at least 2 years prior to applying
- Business must not have conflicting sales with existing Obey Distributors or WS Clients
- Business must relate to or be relevant to Obey Giant Art campaign and its goals
- Business must be Bricks and Mortar based — no web sales of products allowed
Obey Giant Art Wholesale Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for wholesale accounts with Obey Giant Art. By accepting these terms, you agree to the following:
1. Your business has been operational for a minimum of 2 years.
2. You will not engage in sales that conflict with existing Obey Distributors or wholesale clients.
3. Your business aligns with the Obey Giant Art campaign and its mission.
4. You operate a physical brick-and-mortar location and will not sell products online.
5. All wholesale orders are subject to minimum order quantities and payment terms as specified by Obey Giant Art.
6. Pricing, product availability, and terms are subject to change without notice.
7. Obey Giant Art reserves the right to approve or deny any wholesale application at its discretion.
